NIGERIAN PROPERTY MARKET.

The Nigerian property market has been quietly growing in leaps and bounds as investors in that sector have been reaping handsomely from land and house sales. Someone once said that land will always rise in value as it is becoming scarcer everyday; this is because God is no longer creating more of it.

In Nigeria, there is this huge market I see that has yet to attain any level of satisfaction. Do you know that Nigeria has more that 140 million citizens, and that is the ones counted in a census that failed to count ten of my fourteen relatives here in Nigeria. We have not started counting the millions living in different countries of the world.

I am of the opinion that the country is under housed, take a trip to most urban areas and see the huge number of tightly packed slums, Ajegunle in Lagos, Coal camp and Abakpa nike in Enugu, Sabon geri in Kano etc. These areas are teeming with humans begging for better housing conditions.

With the anticipated economic boom that will soon happen in Nigeria as a result of better management of our growing oil wealth, there will be better employment opportunities. This will lead to better wages and stronger buying power as there will now be money to be made.

I am an active player in the Nigerian property market and will be looking to partner with any organization or group, to impart my expertise in the ever changing property business. We shall create a business that will be involved in providing land and houses to various classes of workers in different income brackets.

Any interested person or persons can contact me through this medium as I currently have stock of properties located in some eastern states, empty lands and already completed houses for sale or lease.
